Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains information associated with browsing authorizeconnections.com, calling our new-service sales team or contacting us by email. It identifies our retailer business, the information involved, relevant service providers and how to raise a privacy request.
Who we are
Authorize Connections is owned and operated by ARSH IMPORTS LLC, located in Rosenberg, Texas, United States. We provide new-service sales assistance by telephone. We are not the service provider itself.
Information collected on this website
This website does not offer enquiry, callback, email-signup or application forms. Selecting a telephone link attempts to send a usage event to our application. If received and successfully stored, the event record contains a general page category, a predefined call-link source, an event identifier and a server-generated time. The event fields do not include URL query strings, city names, individual provider-page identifiers, your name, phone number, email or confidential application information. Blocking or network errors may prevent the event from being stored. A link selection does not confirm that a telephone call was connected. These limited event fields are separate from the technical request information described below.
Website operation
Loading pages or sending an event makes technical requests to our application, hosting and network services. Information such as an IP address, requested URL (including a query string if one is supplied), browser or device headers and request time can be processed or logged by those services. Application server logs include service startup and operational errors. Technical logs are separate from our limited call-link event records; excluding information from an event record does not mean it is excluded from all technical processing or logs. The site also requests font resources from Google Fonts, whose servers receive the associated technical requests.
Telephone calls and recordings
Our sales telephone service uses RingCentral, and calls are recorded using RingCentral. During your call, our team collects your service address. Email support@authorizeconnections.com with questions or privacy requests concerning information associated with your call or a call recording. Do not include confidential application information in your email.
Provider applications and service requests
You enter confidential application information yourself using a secure link supplied by the provider. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, payment-card details or other confidential application information to this website or our support email. Service-address information may need to be provided to a relevant participating provider or distributor to fulfill your service request. Provider application pages and services are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
Email enquiries
If you email us, your message and the contact information you supply are used to address your enquiry. Please limit your message to information needed for your privacy question, deletion request or retailer complaint.
Records and retention questions
Information associated with a website event, email, service request or recorded call can be held in different systems. For questions about a particular record, including how long it is held, email support@authorizeconnections.com and identify the type of interaction concerned. Do not include confidential application details. A deletion request is not a promise that any particular record will be deleted, and we do not control records held by a provider.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can send privacy questions and requests concerning your information, including deletion requests, to support@authorizeconnections.com. Describe the interaction or records concerned without including confidential application information. What can be done for a request depends on the records concerned and applicable requirements.
Your choices and applicable rights
You can browse the informational pages without submitting an enquiry form. You choose whether to call us, email us or proceed to a provider’s application. Depending on the law applicable to you and our processing, you may have rights concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information. Contact our support email to raise a request or privacy complaint. Requests about information submitted directly to a provider should also be directed to that provider under its privacy policy. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Confidential information and security
Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, card information, account passwords or other confidential application details by email or through this website. Enter confidential application information yourself only through the secure link supplied by the provider, and verify the destination before proceeding. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information associated with your interaction with us has been misused.
Updates to this policy
Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Review the policy when deciding whether to contact us or provide information. A revision to this page does not itself enroll you in marketing.
