These terms describe the role of Authorize Connections, the limits of this informational website and what to review before choosing any internet provider. They are separate from any service agreement with a provider.
Business and scope
Authorize Connections is owned and operated by ARSH IMPORTS LLC in Rosenberg, Texas, United States. We help United States customers with new-service sales by telephone. Our retailer relationships are through distributors and platforms, not direct carrier partnerships.
Informational website
The website provides general information guides and describes our retailer role. It does not accept online orders, customer enquiries through forms or confidential application information. Informational guides, including the Provider Options, Comparison Checklist and Availability guides, and any city information pages do not establish service availability at an address.
Pricing and eligibility
Call our new-service sales team to discuss pricing. Exact availability requires a service address. Review the relevant provider’s pricing, eligibility, promotional conditions, equipment and installation charges, taxes, fees, contract terms and cancellation conditions before agreeing to service. This website does not guarantee any particular offer, speed or installation date.
Commissions and customer charges
We receive commissions from providers. Authorize Connections does not charge customers directly. Any provider service charges are subject to the terms applicable to the service you choose.
New-service sales only
Our telephone service handles new-service sales only. We are not a provider’s existing-customer billing, cancellation or technical-support department. Contact your service provider directly for assistance with an existing provider account.
Telephone and application information
Call our new-service sales team during business hours. During the call, our team collects your service address. You enter any confidential application information yourself through a secure link supplied by the provider, not through this website or our support email. Review the relevant provider’s written offer and terms before agreeing to service. This website and its telephone links are not confirmation of an accepted order, billing arrangements or an installation appointment. Sales hours are every day, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time, following daylight saving time. Calls are recorded using RingCentral.
Provider services
We are not the service provider. Provider services are subject to the relevant provider’s agreements and policies. Review those documents for service responsibilities and the terms that apply to your selection.
Provider relationships and brand references
Our relationships are through distributors and platforms. This is not a provider’s official website, and we do not own or operate any provider’s network. Nothing here implies endorsement by a direct carrier. Names and trademarks mentioned on any page belong to their respective owners. We do not compare the entire market or present an independent ranking of providers.
No service or installation guarantee
A telephone conversation or informational page is not a guarantee that you qualify for service, that an order has been accepted, or that an installation date has been reserved. The relevant provider’s eligibility checks, service agreement and confirmations determine what service and arrangements apply. Do not rely on this informational website as confirmation of an order, speed, coverage, switching arrangement or cancellation of an existing service.
Provider charges, cancellations and refunds
Authorize Connections does not collect customer payments directly for its retailer assistance. Any service charges, equipment charges, deposits, cancellation charges, credits or refunds relating to a provider’s service must be reviewed under that provider’s agreement and addressed with that provider. Calling our new-service sales line does not cancel an existing provider account.
Website use
Use this website for lawful informational purposes. Do not impersonate another person, submit confidential application information to this site or our support email, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operation. A telephone-link selection starts an action on your device; it does not confirm that a call connected or create a service contract.
External links and provider applications
A provider-supplied application link takes you to a separate service governed by that service’s terms and privacy practices. Verify the destination and review its documents before entering confidential information or agreeing to service. This website does not accept orders or confidential applications on the provider’s behalf.
Information accuracy and your rights
Pricing, eligibility and provider terms can change. Ask for current information and review the provider’s disclosures before making a purchase decision. Website information is not a substitute for a provider agreement or a promise of uninterrupted website access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms
Changes to these website terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Review the current terms when using the site. Updates to these terms do not amend an agreement you have with a service provider or give permission for promotional contact.
